All artworks available on this website are unique pieces or limited editions, handcrafted by Malimbus. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms of sale.<\/p>\n

2. Final sales<\/h3>\n

Due to the artistic nature of the work and the handmade production of each piece, all sales are final<\/strong>. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the purchase is confirmed. Please review the descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before completing your order.<\/p>\n

3. Information and transparency<\/h3>\n

If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing (materials, finish, installation, etc.), feel free to contact us at contact email<\/a>. We\u2019ll be happy to provide additional details or photos.<\/p>\n

4. Shipping and packaging<\/h3>\n

Each piece is carefully packed to ensure its protection during transit. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates will be shown during checkout. For custom-made orders, production time will be confirmed via email.<\/p>\n

5. Responsibility for transport damage<\/h3>\n

If the piece is damaged during shipping, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of both the packaging and the artwork. We will assess the situation and help you submit a claim to the shipping company. However, please note that this does not imply a refund or automatic replacement of the artwork.<\/p>\n
