BLU tapestry

Blu tapestry combines various textile techniques. Combine weaving methods, braids and the cross knot that acts as a cane.

Different techniques coexist in this tapestry, such as twisting, alternating and knotting. Yet, weaving with 2 mm cotton cords the result is different from that obtained with looms with finer threads.

Thus, the mixture of various textile techniques allows us to explore different narratives. Stories and traditions of different cultures. Each technique contains thousands of repertoires of communication skills. Each culture has an infinite wealth in its fabrics.

The shape of the interior of the Blu tapestry interrupts the fabric. The blue strings are braided giving it a herringbone look.

The Blu tapestry is original, ideal for decorating any interior space.
